Meet our Legal Team

Jayne Garver is a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney.  Originally from Blair County, Pennsylvania, she went to college at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, followed by law school at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.  From 1988 to 2008, she worked full time for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, where she worked primarily with property management, commercial leasing and other real estate and corporate issues.  While at the Turnpike, she attended graduate school part time at Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania, and obtained a Masters' in Business Administration in 2000.  After five years as a partner in a tax business, she went into the private practice of law full time, working primarily in Chester, Dauphin and Blair Counties.  She has also edited two books.

Paula Garver isn't an attorney.  She won't represent you in court, or anywhere else.  Her favorite things are going for walks, sleeping and eating.  Okay, mostly eating.  But if you need a friend, she'll be there for you.  Paula would like you to donate to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, www.centralpahumane.org , a wonderful organization that helped Paula get her strength back after she was abandoned, alone and pregnant, in the woods.
